HELP! I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER!

Please contact sarina@shoppromparty.com immediately with your order number and the changes you'd like to make to your order. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters the fulfillment process, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes. Kindly note that once an order enters fulfillment at our warehouse, or has been shipped, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 for all orders under $75. All orders above $75 ship FREE!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All of your items are coming to you from the USA!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders typically take between 4-8 business days - unless you purchased a product through pre-order or backorder. Once we ship out your order, we’ll shoot you an email with all the details: shipping confirmation, tracking number, etc.  

DELIVERED, BUT NOT RECEIVED?

All orders come with a tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email!

If the tracking information was confirmed delivered by the carrier but you did not receive your order, we recommend that you first check with your neighbors to make sure it was not mis-delivered and also check with your local post office for more information. PROMPARTY will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center or where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address, but not received.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Each order is carefully hand picked and packed to order within 1-3 business days.

Get excited: You will get a notification when your order is headed your way! You can track your package with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email!
